Schema markup generator
Choose what the page is about and fill in the fields that matter. The generator writes schema.org JSON-LD to paste into the page, leaving out anything empty. Some tools call this a rich snippet generator.
Fill in the headline and the author's name.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Notable.
How it works
- Paste the output into the page's HTML inside a script tag of type application/ld+json, on the page it describes. Check it with Google's Rich Results Test before you publish.
- Empty fields are left out, and so are addresses that do not start with http:// or https:// and numbers that are not numbers, rather than written in a form search engines reject. Times in minutes become ISO 8601 durations, such as PT1H30M.
- Mark up only what visitors can see on the page. Ratings must come from real reviews shown there, and prices must match what you charge. For your business's name, logo and profiles, use the Organization schema generator.
The background
Eligible, not guaranteed
Search engines decide when to show rich results such as star ratings, prices or event dates. Valid markup makes a page eligible for them; it does not promise a richer listing or a higher ranking.
What it does for AI answers
Markup states facts plainly: what the page is, what it costs, when it starts. Search engines use it to understand the page, and AI answers built on search draw on that understanding. It does not replace clear content on the page itself.
How-to guides and recipes
Google stopped showing how-to rich results in 2023, though HowTo markup is still valid schema.org and still describes your steps to other search engines and tools. Recipes need a photo to appear as a rich result in Google.
Want these numbers for your brand, every day?
Notable asks AI assistants your customers' questions daily and shows how often you are recommended, with the margin of error beside every number.
